The NYT has finally stepped up to the bat to say
There are alarming new signs Trump’s brain’s undergone decay
Instead of the repeated benefits of doubt that they
Gave him in the past this time they haven’t looked away
From signs of mental decline he’s so clearly demonstrating
Because they can no longer justify equivocating.
And so finally the NYT Trump always says is failing
Has decided to honestly report that his brain’s sailing
Into well know waters of dementia that’s related
To advanced age to which octogenarians are fated
Because 80’s the age to which Trump’s body rapidly
Is heading to catch up with mental incapacity.
So welcome aboard NYT! It’s about time you came
To the conclusion from which psychologists don’t refrain
Shrinks have been pointing out for years Trump’s brain’s turning to mush
While media like yours have about that mush whispered “hush!”
At last you’ve finally found that you no longer can ignore
Signs of decline knocking so loudly at your estate’s door.
