Appealing Cruelty

Apparently killing a dog is not the best way to
Get those who support Donald Trump to also support you
As Kristi Noem’s finding out because her dog she shot
And wrote about in her book made her shot at VP rot

Among remaining candidates Trump’s taken a shine to
And staunch Trump cult supporters who dog shooting make boo-hoo.

Trump cultists who own lots of guns apparently don’t love

Using them to put down dogs, especially by a gov

Who you would think would have known better than to boast that she

Killed a dog she didn’t get along with comfortably

So Kristi Noem’s taking heat for being a cruel bitch

But Trump’s cult’s is not the audience to which her star she’d hitch.

The only star she aims to please and gain thereby with her

Story about shooting her dog is he who can spur

Her chance to advance up his ranks as VP candidate

Because she knows as cruelty goes dog killing he’ll think great

At least that’s what his niece predicts and Mary Trump should know

Because as cruelty goes she knows he welcomes each new low.

So Kristi Noem could care less if Trump’s gun nut cult thinks

Shooting a dog is as low as a governor sinks

She knows showing she’s cruel as him appeals to Trump because

Cruelty fills what’s left of the brain ‘neath the plastic fuzz

Layered atop his orange head so proving she’s cruel too

Is how she’ll make her appeal to be his VP come through.
