Because they stay unvaccinated in a maskless clump.

McConnell cannot understand why each Republican

Resists getting the vaccine to a woman and a man

I guess it’s slipped his mind that when the bug first came our way

Trump said that like a miracle it would soon melt away

And how after 600,000 citizens lie dead

His party’s lies still make vaccines bad things Trump cultists dread.

Mitch McConnell the hypocrite has more than a clue

About vaccine resistance that to his party is due

Lip service to what should be done he may spew north and south

But his side cons the cult from the other side of his mouth

Who hear 24/7 the vaccine’s a liberal plot

And thanks to far right punditry boast they will get it not.

Alabama’s dead last in the vaccination scene

But all red states don’t rank much better getting the vaccine

Because Trump cultists living in them keep on being told

By their state governments vaccine resistance makes them bold

Such lies will also make them dead once the bug intersects

And yet with a straight face McConnell says he is ‘perplexed’.
