Wall of Lead

I plan to hold a Texas Rally Tremendous and Strong
They’ll need to build a bigger stadium to house MY throng
The biggest one they have there now holds just 100 grand
That’s much too small for the “Lyin’ Ted Rally” that I’ve planned
I need seats for at least a billion, maybe two or three
ALL Texans in that deep Red state will want to come see ME.

I don’t know what I’ll talk about once MY billions assemble
I NEVER do, NO Rally words of MINE “speeches” resemble
I wing it, the crowd eats it up, they roar they ME adore,
I lead them in the “LOCK HER UP” chorale ‘till throats are sore
Then I recite ALL of MY GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENTS to date
And sometimes even remember to praise the “candidate”.

But I’m told down in Texas praise for MY stuff may ring hollow
They say some things I’ve done won’t fly but I simply can’t follow
BELIEVE ME, Texans ALL Love ME, to think they don't’s a hoot
And they have guns...hey, I DESERVE a billion gun salute!!
MY “Secret Service” says I CAN’T let them bring guns along
I CAN and WILL!! It’s TEXAS! What could possibly go wrong?

Down there they have been known to shoot a “President” or two
But NEVER a Republican, and so I’m asking you
Why NOT request ALL patriots armed there to pull guns out?
We’ll get into the Guinness Book of Records, I’ve no doubt
If they aim South instead of UP ALL their bullets will fall
Along the still wide-open border that so needs MY WALL.

That’s MY Great Plan I just “thought up” while getting into bed!!!
Despite the sour grapes I feel for toutin’ Lyin’ Ted
MY “Locked and Loaded Texas Rally” will bring more guns out
Than stars at night that shine so bright in Texas skies about
I’ll line them up and aim them South and bid them OPEN FIRE!!!
If MY WALL OF LEAD can’t help Ted WIN then he SHOULD retire.
