There’s No Point

Hitting Trump in anything except his pocketbook

Has absolutely no impact on the self-centered crook

There’s no point in appealing to his sense of fairness or
Conscience, honor duty…none of those he has in store.

There’s no point in believing he’d be willing to concede

That inflating what he is worth is a dishonest deed

There’s no point to in public both denounce him and condemn

All attention good and bad he courts as closest friend. 

There’s no point in threatening his orange ass with jail

No fear greater than that suppressed within him will prevail

There’s no point in pretending he’d be willing to concede

Anything as untoward in overwhelming greed.

There’s no point in trying to hit anything at all

But cash to make Dear Leader feel his back’s against the wall

His ego and his net worth are all that there is within

The orange sack of corrupt crap confined by thinnest skin.

So hit him in the only thing he holds completely dear

Hit him in his bank account that is becoming clear

Is as inflated as his ego that within presides

That conscience, honor, duty, shame completely overrides.
