Dog Shit

Mike Pence was so dense he believed since he’d been Trump’s VP
As candidate for President a shoe-in he would be
Apparently he did not see that both sides held the view
They would have been disgusted scraping him off of their shoe
Like dog shit if they’d stepped on him which is exactly what
They thought of he whose fly-perched head was stuck way up his butt.

For being Trump’s lapdog for years all Dems told him “Screw You!”

For not being lapdog enough all GOP did too

Except for maybe 1% (his family, probably)

Nobody would vote for him to be their nominee

Hatred for him was palpable and very clearly found

In all but that small 1% who still him hang around.

Oblivious as when that fly had landed on his head

Mike Pence kept thinking he’d find voters but found none instead

As days and weeks and months went by 1% never grew

Because so many hated him it never grew to 2

So finally despite density he came to realize

To win Prez nomination 1% was not good size.

So Pence has now withdrawn because what else can someone do

When they are seen by everyone as dog shit scraped off shoe?

Both parties saw him as a total loser completely

The only ones who didn’t were himself and just maybe

His family (or at least Mother, beyond her who can say

Who in that 1% was left when he called it a day?)

He said it’s “Not My Time” but no time ever really was

For someone everyone but Mother sees as dog shit scuz

Who if they’d stepped on him would have disgustedly scrapped off

The residue under their shoe and sought a water trough

In which to clean away all trace of that in which they’d trod

Shed no tears for Mike Pence, dog shit nobody should applaud.
