Scripture

The BIBLE says “Thou shalt remove young kids from mom and dad
And lock the up in holding cells because they’ll soon break bad”
That is what little Jeff tells ME and ‘though I hate his guts
I would never question SCRIPTURE, I am not that nuts
You have to honor and obey GOD’S WORD down from on high
So lock all of those children up and pray not many die.

The BIBLE says “Money is SACRED and GOD loves the BUCK
ALL ye on earth grab all ye may so your blessed lives don’t suck.”
That’s what MY Evangelicals do render unto ME
And as Ceasar over MY land I say so shall it be
I’ve given MY whole gang Carte Blanche to pillage and to plunder
Amassing riches as GOD WILLS by tearing Earth asunder.

The BIBLE says a lot more stuff, too bad I cannot “read”
But I do not care what it says as long as it backs GREED
And it condones CORRUPTION and exhaults RICH over POOR
And justifies MY SACRED RIGHT to MY foes SMITE and SKEWER
GOD’s SCRIPTURE is MY SHINING LIGHT in this dark troubled time
As “read” by those who worship ME it says I’m doing fine.
