I Alone

ONLY I ALONE can fix whatever fix we need
Except for stopping child lock-ups that now gather speed
My hands are tied, a law’s a law, there are not any choices
I cannot act despite the sound of millions of raised voices
The Democrats MUST change the law that ALL KNOW they created
To stop more children every day from being separated.

ONLY I ALONE can drain the deep dark DC swamp
With help from all the billionaires I’ve thrown in it to romp
MY cabinet is doing just what I’ve told them to do
To drain a swamp you fill it up ‘till water’s over you
The higher up your waters grow the less the swamp is seen
Until it’s inundated under your swamp “draining” scheme.

ONLY I ALONE speak TRUTH, all other “truth” is FAKE
Over 3000 times since I got in’s MY count to date
Each word I say, each tweet I tweet, each act that I commit
Delivers MY TRUTH to those who think “truth” not MINE is sh*t
I thought from them I’d get approval for MY “lock” and “drain”
But lately it’s begun to feel like I ALONE remain.
