Who Needs “Books”?

After a FORTUNE in “tax dollars” to it I applied
MY $400 MILLION GRAFT GIFT PLANE’S ready to provide
Personalized transportation for MYSELF ALONE
And “cronies” I allow to join ME on MY FLYING THRONE
As I fly high above poor “huddled masses” far below

Gazing up in wonder at ME flying “to and fro”!!!

MY PLANE I’ve filled with the FINEST MOST EXPENSIVE display

Of things that denote PRIVILEGE in each and every way!

Things like GOLD APPLIQUÉ on each interior plane wall

And GOLDEN CARPETS underfoot in each aisle and hall

I have “spared” NO EXPENSE”, in NO “cost savings” I’ve partook

Except in the plane’s “library” where there’s NOT ONE DUM “book”!!!

Why spend “tax dollars” on DUM “books” NO ONE has “time” to “read”

During “flights” because even before they’ve picked up speed

I will be DECLAIMING yet again that I WAS ROBBED

And “promising” that NEVER AGAIN will I allow a mob

Of “voters” who are NOT COMPLETELY UNDER MY CONTROL

To enter “polling places” even if they PAY MY TOLL??

No matter how long “flights” on MY PLANE take ALL MUST AGREE

If they’re allowed to “fly” with ME they MUST LISTEN TO ME

Throughout the flight’s duration no matter how long it takes

Therefore ALL DUM “books” on MY PLANE might as well be FAKES

Because on EVERY FLIGHT I will be WHINING ALL THE WAY

And besides just like ME “cronies” don’t “read” much anyway!!!
