Promises Promises Promises

A-Hole has promised to do many things on his first day
To make everything ever done by liberals go away
And maybe he’ll accomplish everything he says he will
But that means more than 50 things he's promised to fulfill
And as payment from Mexico for his unfinished wall
Tends to show he won’t keep any promises made at all.

A-Hole has promised to accomplish tons of things day one

But since he never finished any of the things begun

In his previous four years of promises unkept

Belief in every new promise is easy to reject

So predicting that 50 new things he’s promised to do

Will actually get done is a bad bet I’m telling you.

A-Hole promised a lot of things out on the campaign trail

But that was only to get votes to keep his ass from jail

He couldn’t care less about most most things promised now that he

Got elected again perhaps for eternity

If he can keep one promise he made that we’ll never need

To vote again because democracy’s end’s guaranteed.

So let’s not worry too much yet about the tyranny

A-Hole through his gang of MAGA thugs promises we’ll see

Because if history repeats without an about face

Not one promise he’s making this time will get to first base

Before he has lost interest in it because it’s too hard

To do as promised when you are a lazy tub of lard.
