A-Hole must be furious that law stands in the way

Of the hostile takeover he’s been planning to belay

The work of every bureaucratic department that he

Selected an inept jerk to manage destructively.

The law standing in his way requires each selection

To sign ethics agreements before they get allowed in

The department they’re sent to destroy to therein see

How things work within which if they won’t sign they won’t be.

The jerks claim they’re ‘negotiating’ but a law’s a law

With which you can’t negotiate so they can eat it raw

If they think they can enter without the transparency

And non-conflict of interest signed agreements guarantee.

Of course when it comes to this bunch transparency and non-

Conflict of interest we won’t ever see coming along

So what’s up with their conflict about signing forms that they

Intend to lie about complying with soon anyway?

Given their survival prospects in each department

A-Hole means to destroy through each inept jerk he’s sent

It’s neat every department’s bureaucrats have law and time

To give their jerk the finger before their jobs go off line.
