Thing is to express sympathy for his brush with gun death
If indeed he did get shot and not just broken glass
Scratched the ear above the pig lips of the lying ass
But after all the gun crap spewed from those pig lips it’s hard
To feel all that much sympathy for the fat tub of lard.
We know that we’re supposed to be shocked, shocked I’m telling you
That yet one more gun incident knocked plastic hair askew
But really the most shocking thing about the whole affair
Is that gun violence took so long enter in the lair
Of the gun cult for just the first time it knocked on the door
Given the gun worship pouring out that door before.
The one who maybe almost got shot’s now a greater hit
With his violent cult than he was before this small bit
Of gun violence he grew into his violent cult’s prime cause
Through violent rhetoric defiant of all rules of laws
He’s been declared a martyr so he who made us insane
Has greater chance of winning thanks to someone’s lousy aim.
America’s not ready for what’s going to come about
From the botched attempt someone just made to take him out
He’ll ride his martyrdom to much more certain victory
Unless something else happens before elections we see
But given how things are going that thing well may occur
To swing things ‘round again before his facism’s secure.
