Yet another MAGA wing nut kook extraordinaire 
Has a debunked conspiracy theory sought to repair
By introducing legislation that does not address
Anything except a kooky concept that’s a mess
About chemtrails the government’s been spreading through the sky
For reasons his bill once made law will reveal by and by.

This senator from Pennsylvania is unsure as yet

How the chemtrails he rails against are plots by government

To impact weather…all know global warming is a hoax

So there’s some other reason behind them he means to coax

Right out into the open through the bill he’s introduced

To reveal weather changes he’s sure chemtrails have produced. 

Recycled conspiracies are MAGA’s bread and butter

Those gone around come back around in repetitious stutter

No matter how debunked a theory is it’s born anew

Each time another MAGA kook decides it is the glue

That somehow binds together other theories they amass

And so they propose legislation only kooks would pass.
