As can those with nobody else to sleep by them nights through

Those at the top are said to be as lonely as can be

As can those prone to feeling alone is their destiny

Of choice for millions of cult members worshipping a thug.

Is the drug ending loneliness in cults that did abound

In those who felt they were as far on the outs as could be

Of what’s considered success in U.S. society

Who without high school diplomas or any bank book savings

Are living paycheck to paycheck through minimum wage slaving.

The drug discovered is none other than Dear Leader Trump

Whose cult members feel less alone when from his rally stump

He damps their fears through chants and cheers shared by them all together

No stronger drug they’ve ever found to act as the bellwether 

They need to lead them from despair to mutually shared hate

With the drug who makes them subdue lonely feelings as fate.

Millions of people in America before Trump were

Living lonely lives apart until the drug did stir

Them in a hate-filled mix homogeneous led by the one

Who made them feel united in shared hate for vermin scum

Invading the bloodstream of pure-bred patriots like them
