Continental Divide

America does not need guns for it’s next Civil War
That war’s well underway already and will worse grow more
As red states separate from blue and strike out on their own
For territories mythical where woke was once unknown

And kitchens and bedrooms were where women their places knew
And alpha males did whatever they damn well wanted to.

From red states good doctors are fleeing rapidly en masse

Leaving quacks behind who lightbulbs up their patient’s ass

Would shove if told to to do so by state legislators who

Know even less about medical practice than they do 

But like them place whatever in God’s Holy Bible’s written

Above science stuff like vaccines with which blue states are smitten.

From red states good teachers are packing up and getting out

Leaving behind pedagogues who in school classrooms tout

Whatever their state legislators instruct them to teach

From approved books that red state banned book policies don’t breach

Thus indoctrinating children to never question why

God made Whites to reign supreme, no others need apply.

Red states have become uninhabitable places for

Anyone who believes God spends His time keeping score

Of everything that anyone’s done that pisses Him off

And anoints legislators to punish those who scoff

At His Commandments hypocrites may break both night and day

But if they’re red state legislators He lets get away.

America’s next Civil War’s already come and gone

Red states from blue are so divided they won’t get along

Ever again since each side from the other ripped asunder

One science-based and one convinced it alone lives God under

Thus the United States of Canada and Jesusland

Have been created sooner than science fiction books planned.
