The U.S. working population has entered decline
With aging Baby Boomers hitting retirement time
And ever lower birthrates draining from each factory floor
Those working for low pay wages rich capitalists pour
Reluctantly from coffers bloated by tax cuts provided
By Republicans against the poor with them united.

Rich capitalists know when fewer workers they exploit

The faucet gushing trickle-up goes quickly out of joint

And since retired Baby Boomers caused their factories’ plight

They know they need young workers to set trickle-up aright

And so “Youth Workers” they now introduce to justify

Labor Law roll backs to the kid workforce multiply.

When it comes to workforce gains to profits multiply

Republicans are happy to more “Youth Workers” supply

Thanks to the Child Labor Laws they roll back sneakily

To keep rich capitalist donors as wealthy as can be

They’re even ending sexual harassment rules to make

It safer for factory owners to workforce cake partake.

 

The Gods of Profit and Power are displaying their might

By returning children to back when it was the right

Of factory owners to exploit “Youth Worker” sweat and lives

And bodies too with no need to entitled lust disguise

The capitalist fantasy the right would roll back to

Leaves no time for play what with what “Youth Workers” are made do.
