After fourteen failed attempts McCarthy got put in
The speakership position he so wanted just for him
And for about a year after they did him that job bless
Tried to get his party to not be a total mess
Until pedo Gaetz had enough and launched at him attacks
To disrupt his speakership and stop it in its tracks.

After throwing McCarthy out the Freedom Caucus tried

To elect Jordan speaker but Gymbo got twice denied

The role as did Salise so before further votes occurred

Republicans chose someone of whom nobody had heard

Who had an inside track to God or at least so he said

Which killed all effort to clean up the party’s mess stone dead.

The Freedom Caucus with Mike Johnson then resumed its fight

First used to send McCathy sulking off in disgraced flight

While from the sidelines Kevin watched and decided to quit

Because the mess and the party were such a perfect fit

So off he’ll go after December’s end has come and gone

Leaving behind one less component of a mess gone wrong.

McCarthy was kind of an ass but at least didn’t think

Some inside track to God allowed him to take to the brink

And push it over the mess all Republicans are in

Because God told him his party like Trump was free of sin

And fascism was the future God did for it endorse

As long as it held Trump’s bid for dictatorship on course.
