If Disney packs its bags and hops the midnight train from town

Republicans will lose their biggest sugar daddy found

Can homophobic ideology trump large donations

Or does money speak louder than anti-gay hate equations?

DeSantis versus Disneyworld! We’ll have to wait and see

Who wins but it’s a no-brainer: money politically

Always wins despite the ideology prevailing

At the time dumb laws through state legislatures go sailing

Florida Republicans may all be homophobes

But they won’t stand by watching as their meal ticket implodes.

Despite being head homophobe DeSantis may soon find

Fighting Disney’s not the smartest move that comes to mind

He got Republicans to pass his law to “Don’t Say Gay”

But that was before checks to them from Disney went astray

So battles may keep raging between pro and anti-gay

But ultimately it’s money that has the final say.
