One Trick Pony

When you’re a lying sociopath there’s no turning back
You cannot make the lies you tell ever once fade to black
There is no way you suddenly can change your leopard’s spots
And tell the truth for it’s for lying that you have the hots
You repeat lies so frequently they to you truth appear
As they did to your fine white cultists who them constant hear.

You do not notice that your cult has started to decline

At rally after rally they grow thinner every time

You once again repeat lies they’ve heard so often before

You are a one trick pony and your lies are now a bore

To many who start walking out before you’re done with lying

Because they sense you’re just repeating them without much trying.

You’re still the lying sociopath you always will be

And lying to yourself and others is your destiny

The Washington Post used to keep track of your lying tally

But now they only spot check lies repeated at each rally

What is the point of keeping score when every word you utter

As a lie drips from your pig lips like gobs of melted butter?

The lying sociopath you are once met greater fame

At rallies where now fewer come to hear the lies you frame

As truth in the alternative reality wherein

You dwell 24/7 and the same old lies you spin

They get it, OK?, you were robbed, they’ve heard it all before

So many times again and again it’s become a bore.

But your one trick as pony never was those lies you spin

Which lots less in your cult come to hear you repeat again

Your whines, complaints, bemoans of fate, demands for compensations

Are what you wrap around your constant calls for small donations

The real trick you envelop inside sociopath lying

Is grifting those in your cult to keep their donations flying.
