Tyrant Trio

Putin dominates the news these days due to his war
And media can’t get enough of Trump the loser sore
But there was once a third tyrant we used to hear about
Who for the longest time now has not gotten a shout out
He’s occasionally mentioned when a missile goes kaboom
But that’s the only time lately you hear of Kim Jong Un.

When Trump first became President and thought he’d be for life

Before his robbed election obsession cut like a knife

He and Kim Jong Un developed a torrid bromance

Because Trump sought an invitation to the tyrant dance

And so he marveled at how aides jumped when Kim Jong Un spoke

And hoped for the same “total control” before saying “joke!”.

But although Trump’s still marveling about Kim Jong Un’s power

And Putin tried to shake his hand and when denied did glower

About the North Korean himself little news was heard

During two long pandemic years but now the chubby turd

Has re-emerged to observe missiles launched by rocket men

Thus rejoining the “tyrants of the world club” once again. 

Putin and Kim Jong Un are club members two and three

In Trump’s mind because number one is what he wants to be

Having been a tyrant wannabe so many years

He’s pretty sure if he keeps conning fools and pushing fears

He’ll achieve tyrant status number one on the world’s stage

And two and three he praises now will shower him with praise.
