Gaslit Stew

There’s gaslighting and then there’s being gaslit by the ton
Which is how much gaslighting about NATO Trump’s now done
Every NATO lie spewing from his pig lips is more
Gaslit than the normal lies they have spewed out before
Which is an indication of how desperate he must be
To think by more gaslighting he can change reality.

It may well be Trump really does live in worlds alternate

As removed from reality as his sick brain can get

Because he’s been so consistent in gaslit lies he tells

To him perhaps they really are the world wherein he dwells

If so then only he can’t see is clearly gaslit “facts”

Are easy to discredit using on the record facts.

That’s why his taking credit for NATO’s the new extreme

Of his gaslit reality and way above his mean 

Because it’s easy to recall unless you’re a cult chump

The “perfect” phone call to Zelenskyy Trump claims he did dump

To withhold anti-tank missiles (he claims he sent, OK?)

Unless some dirt on Biden’s son Zelenskyy sent his way.

Combine that with his boasts about having been NATO’s savior 

And his gaslight ingredients are the most pungent flavor

Of all past lies he’s mixed into his lie-filled gaslit stew

Because those who remember facts recall he tried to screw

Both NATO and Zelenskyy back when he was President

And know his new lies are his furthest from history bent.

But this is how gaslighters work: the very best by far

Pathologically lie about things both near and far

Within history’s record and then don’t give good goddamns

When challenged by facts running counter to their gaslit scams

Because they have convinced themselves and those they’re lying to

Their stew of gaslit history only alone is true.
