Built On Scum

That Trump’s a major scumbag’s indisputably true
To all who do not at his command democracy screw
The scumbag that he is is clear on a personal level
Where pussy grabs smirks threats and lies do dignity bedevil
But he sees himself as the world’s best businessman bar none
And it’s harder to clearly see his infrastructure’s scum.

But now the scummy underbelly of his business ventures 

May become as apparent as a poor-fit set of dentures

Because a judge has issued a decree without word mumbles

That Trump must testify which will to his career bring crumbles

Because whenever he has taken the stand in the past

The things he revealed under oath left his lawyers aghast.

Of course his inept lawyers Trump’s commanded to delay

By filing an appeal that’s bullshit each and every way

Because it’s based on his belief he is above the law

And being dumped by tax firms for returns that eat it raw

Proves that his business empire’s not built on scum foundations

At least to those who listen to Fox News’ protestations.

To build a house on solid rock the Bible says is best

Because building on sand is not with stability blessed

But what if you’ve erected your house on scoff-law pond scum

And once that scum starts leaking your foundations are undone?

The business empire Trump built upon scum deep and wide

Is now starting to leak like Rudy’s ooze from every side.

Once again we’ll have to wait and see how things play out

But Trump’s scum leakage is the worst yet beyond any doubt

And his D-team of crooked lawyers aren’t up to the task

Of appeals without slime that leaves A-team lawyers aghast

So maybe his scum infrastructure’s leaking black ooze spout

Will finally drain his business built on scum foundations out.
