‘Traitors’ and ‘deserters’ who in Trump’s cult have invaded
Have been told they have 17 minutes to be persuaded
That if they don’t want to be called by Dear Leader a bum
They’d better donate all their dollars, each and every one,
Or the GOP’s national fundraising arm will see

Them condemned by The Chosen One to live in infamy.

Normally fundraising beggars comes across as nice

By saying they know you’ll send dough at least once if not twice

To fund whatever cause they know’s your primary concern

But being nice is not something Republicans can learn

And in their new fundraising push they’ve reached new heights of mean

By calling donors ‘traitors’ and ‘deserters’ to extreme.

Fear’s the underlying force holding all cults together

So with Trump’s cult accused of treason we’ll have to see whether

Their fear they will be shunned by he who is their god on earth

Can overcome their reluctance to donate all they’re worth

Which would impoverish them more than their past donations sent

But at least make ‘traitor’ and ‘deserter’ labels relent.

The GOP has gone full cult in fundraising attack

Because they need ever more dough to slow their fade to black

Which if history’s any guide is now well underway

Because minorities never for long in power stay

So on their way down the real traitors desperate to survive

Call Trumps cult ‘traitors’ and ‘deserters’ to skin them alive.
