Regressing To The Mean

We will soon ram Brett onto court, there’s nothing you can do
Who cares if our investigation was “rigged”? Only you!
Republicans in control know they may not be for long
So I’ve told them to “rig” ALL things they can “rig” from now on
Including upcoming elections. I know they’ll go fine
My BFF Vlad assures ME he’s working overtime.

As for a bunch of “law professors” who say Brett’s an ass
Who does not have “judicial temperment”, let alone class
I say ignore them ALL, not one of them did I “consider”
They were NOT on the shortlist I was handed over dinner
There were four or five names on that list, maybe even six
And after einey meenie miney moe Brett WON the mix.

As long as Republicans rule “Congress” I’ll get MY way
That toady bunch of rubber stamps does everything I say
And since I NEVER change MY mind and ALL I say is TRUE
I will defend Brett’s RIGHT to drink and grope “till he turns blue
I NEED him on MY “Supreme” Court, his “temperment” is FINE
In fact from everything I’ve seen it’s exactly like MINE!

So when Turtleman calls the roll tomorrow morning early
Brett will join Clarence Thomas on MY fine “Supreme” Court surely
The judicial card deck will be stacked for decades to come
ALL  “liberals” who plead their cases will LOSE and then some
The Court will take such a right turn once Brett is on the scene
Its “temperment” for years to come will be just like MINE...MEAN.
