Healthy Profits

Pocahontas is upon the warpath once again
And this time she is trying to fight Capitalism!
Ugh! I say she MUST be stopped, her “idea” MUST be quashed!
Onto the dusty bin of history it MUST be tossed!!
If her new “idea” becomes a “law” insurmountable
It will make America’s Great companies “ACCOUNTABLE”!!

Business is “accountable” to shareholders ALONE
That’s the way it’s always been, there’s no need to atone
The Capitalist Business Model NEVER factors in
The nation’s overall “health”, it just sits back with a grin
As Profits pour into the coffers of the Privledged Class
No Capitalist for the nation’s “health” gives a rat’s ass.

But Pocahontas says Rich companies should each “look out”
For American “interests”, and so a “bill” will tout
That so-called self-proclaimed “Indian” better watch her back
ME and MY Rich Capitalist friends are going on attack
There’s no way companies we run will buy her bill of sale
It would upend our way of life, our Privledges would fail!!

Great companies like MINE, ALL KNOW, do anything they please
It is OUR RIGHT to reject ALL “responsibilities”
And so we will fight to the death her crazy new idea
That would hold us “accountable” for those we hate and fear
There’s no room in our Business Model to divide the pie
Healthy Profits are for US, her “health” need not apply.
