The Fair and Reciprocal Tariff Act

The “Fair and Reciprocal Tariff Act” - one of MY best ideas!
It counters UNFAIR trade that’s holding FAIR trade in arrears
But instead of the praise that it deserves as one would think
The “meme” world has exploded with laughter about its “stink”!!
I do not understand such “humor”, it’s a well-named Act
But something called its “acronym” has released an attack.

Why MY FART Act should be mocked is to ME a mystery
AS ALL KNOW it is needed to change “free” trade history
Because “free” trade is never “free” - somebody has to pay
And MY FART Act blows trade taxes from our nation away
Those taxes are passed out the door to clear the “free” trade air
So trade no longer makes things like U.S. gas trade UNFAIR.

I’m told I have to rename MY FART Act but don’t know why
I named it very carefully, must its name pass and die?
That name described so precisely MY gut feeling for trade
But the meme world’s now making jokes about its need for Glade
I guess it gets renamed although I still don’t understand
The “Secure Healthy Increased Trade Act” is MY new name planned.
