Debt Lies

As the Greatest “President” that the world has seen yet
It is appropriate I’m piling up the Greatest debt
MY weekend jaunts to MY golf courses and MY policies
Are raising “deficit spending” much higher than the trees
In just one year the debt I’ve caused will never be repaid
Even by today’s kids kids kids thanks to MY charade.

I do not give a damn about rasing the country’s debt
It does not cost ME one thin dime to fly on MY big jet
The “taxpayers” pick up the check each time I fly away
To rally MY fine White Base without telling them they’ll pay
The policies that I’ve begun will increase many fold
The debt their grandchildren will shoulder so they are not told.

If I decide to run again AS ALL KNOW I will WIN
But then again I may quit before MY lies stretch too thin
It’s hard to keep up the charade that things are going Great
When the “debt burden” keeps taking stuff off each voter’s plate
Once promises of jobs and better times start wearing thin
It is best to get out before your debt lies do you in.
