Of Course MY “Secretary of WAR” is spending a bunch!
It’s IMPORTANT to IMPRESS those you invite to lunch
With EXPENSIVE food you serve them every time they eat
Because fine food PROVES NOBODY can your WAR MACHINE beat
For if you’ve got CASH needed to buy LOBSTERS by the TON
Imagine the CASH you’ve got to spend on WARS you’ve begun!!!

MY “Secretary of WAR” knows EXACTLY what to do
To IMPRESS so-called “allies” who HAVEN’T GOT A CLUE
About the VAST AMOUNTS OF CASH “modern” WARFARE now takes
To ATTACK without “strategy” and COVER UP “mistakes”
Like BOMBING YOUR ENEMY into TOTAL SUBMISSION
Based on a “feeling” based on “fact” NOT based on “stated mission”!!!

DO NOT DARE “criticize” MY “Secretary of WAR” for
His LOBSTERS, CRABS, and PIANOS, ALL of which we need for
Proving that AMERICA has MORE CASH than we need
To WAGE WAR ANYWHERE ON EARTH at SUPERSONIC SPEED
In fact it proves we can afford ANY DAMN THING WE CHOOSE
To EAT, PLAY MUSIC ON, or WAGE WARS CASH WON’T LET US LOSE!!!
