Permission Granted

When you come right down to it unless they’re all really dumb
All cultists cannot possibly believe each lie the scum
Tells them when his loud pig lips flap at each rally event
Where his lies are as easily disproved as they can get
So lies aren’t the main reason most cultists participate
The main reason is permission to express racial hate.

When you’re a low-paid southern White without high school degree

Or Midwest farmer exhausted holding off poverty

Or Western rancher watching cattle prices lower stay

It’s easy to blame others for how things became that way

And who better to blame and hate than those Dems give free rides?

And how better to hate than with permission Trump provides?

Trump’s father was a KKK member in all but name

So he learned at dad’s racist knee to all non-Whites defame

But unlike blatant daddy dear Donald learned to be subtle

So his supremacist racist bigotry would not scuttle 

His chance to win elections and thus greater wealth convey

To him from those he grants permission to race hate display.

Obama was the ultimate slap in Trump cultists’ faces

A Black elected President was the worst of disgraces

Poor Whites raised up as racists could imagine or endure

So being allowed to show suppressed racism’s a sure

Way to keep them loyal and make their donations flow

To their fellow racist who permission did bestow.
