Vital to America he’s willing to forego
Meme mockery that’s bound to be descending on his head
Because of every issue faced that which makes him see red
Is New York’s fight with Chick-fil-A to make it fast food serve

On Sundays which is the one day Christians hold in reserve.

Graham promises he will wage ‘war’ on New York State for being

Anti-Christian, anti-Sunday, anti-proper breeding

Because that state would place traveler’s stomachs over God

Whom Chick-fil-A on Sundays serves to its religion prod

Down throats of unserved customers instead of shakes and fries

Which on other week days they serve to everyone who buys.

To Lindsey Graham Republicans climate change is a hoax

And mass shootings aren’t about guns so there’s no need to coax

Them to support gun control legislation they insist

Has no need to be included on their to-do list

Upon which the most pressing issue Graham finds so upsetting

Is serving food the only day Chick-fil-A’s on God betting.

It doesn’t matter that only 9 Chick-fil-As indeed

Out of 53 may on Sundays be made to feed

Road-weary travelers pulling off the road for a bite

Along the New York highway system known as the Turnpike

But to Graham any Chick-fil-A open on Sunday means

Another victory by Satan over God’s work schemes.
