The Lash Of Fear

If Trump wins 2024 it’s all about revenge
He’ll launch against his enemies and those he once called friends
And even those who think that they remain his friends will find
His revenge will not leave one of them from his rage behind
Because the only one his hate driven by inner fear
Will not rage against is himself who he’s sure God holds dear.

Trump’s revenge will not let him rest until all those he’ll hate

(Which includes everyone but him it’s sorry to relate)

Have felt the lash of his revenge upon their cringing backs

And have crawled off to lick wounds inflicted by his attacks

But even after he has reduced all his foes to tears

It will not help him overcome his lash of inner fears.

And so it will be all about revenge if he gets in

As he ramps up draconian attacks to anger spin

Fear from himself outward to all he sees as foe not friend

For only he alone can befriend himself in the end

And all others he’ll lash out at when no longer of use

And so as perceived enemies they’ll suffer his abuse.

How sick Trump’s orange brain must be to think that he alone

He can accept as the one single friend he’s ever known

And to think all others on earth were sent to be exploited

By God who only he alone the chosen one anointed

And once he steals back the throne he claims from him robbed away

Revenge can somehow lessen fears that deep within him play.

Perhaps if we are lucky fears will make his brain explode

Because its insecurity is such a heavy load

No revenge outlet for his raging ego can control

His fear that he is not the one alone God did extol

To reign on earth forever throughout all eternity

And even stealing the election will not make him be.
