Infrastructure Week

It does not matter what it is the Democrats are doing
If Biden has his name on it Trump will say it needs screwing
That’s why he’s tried to sabotage infrastructure away
Because its week’s finally arrived which to him’s not OK.

Every week during Trump’s angry four year White House reign
Yet another ‘Infrastructure Week!’ he did proclaim

As his go-to distraction used every week without fail

To shift focus away from things that could send him to jail.

Week after week after week after week it was the same

‘Infrastructure Week!’ became his reign’s constant refrain

Repeated so often that it became a standing joke

That Biden has now used to him in his fat stomach poke.

Despite speaking against it for no good reason at all

Except to by so doing make Joe Biden take a fall

This week really will finally be the week that never was

When he announced it constantly to things he had done fuzz.

The bottom line is that Republicans know what will sell

To voters who will send their re-election hopes to hell

If they keep saying no to every bill that’s sent their way

By Democrats trying to do what people think OK.

Creating jobs to fill potholes in streets now has a shot

Because voting against it could make GOP hopes shot

So although Trump demands partisanship must not be ‘bi’

‘Infrastructure Week!’ will stop being a joke and fly.
