Unsettled

I am ABOVE the” LAW” I say and say and say again
That should NOT be a “question” for ANY “Republican”
I claim sweeping “immunity” from ALL “investigation”
NO ONE should DARE challenge MY RIGHT to DESTROY MY whole “nation”!!!
I DO NOT CARE if some in “Congress” are “feeling” “unsettled”
With MY “Imperial Presidency” I WILL NOT be meddled!!!

As long as I yelled LOUD ENOUGH about MY sovereignty
I “thought” NO ONE up on the Hill would EVER “question” ME
Republicans were Toadies firmly in MY pocket placed
And DEMONcrats could NOT agree to get BIG “I” embraced
It was smooth sailing ABOVE EACH while SCOFFING at ALL “laws”
But now a few “Republicans” have to ME given pause.

At the SAME time some DEMONcrats are starting to consider
“Working together” on BIG “I”, which REALLY makes ME shiver
It’s hard enough making MY Toadies pretend ALL IS FINE
And DEMONcrats, like herding cats, CANNOT be kept in line
But now that some on BOTH sides to the “center” are approaching
I’ll have to “double down” to STOP “unsettled” FEARS encroaching.

ALWAYS before MY “double down” approach worked for ME fine
Through ALL of MY three “bankruptcies” it stopped FOES on a dime
It got “Deutsch Bank” so flummoxed they coughed up MILLIONS to ME
To cover MILLIONS that I “owed” them as their guarantee
So once again I’m SURE if I just kick MY ANGER up
BOTH “sides” WILL knuckle under and STOP saying I’m “corrupt”.

If that does NOT “work” I WILL have to “double down” AGAIN
As MANY times as it takes against FOE and FORMER “Friend”
To “unsettle” them EACH before they can “unsettle” ME
Who Cares if MY whole “nation” grows “unsettled” as can be???
It is the price EACH “side” MUST PAY, and ALL caught in between,
TO “unsettle” “unsettlement” by regressing to MEAN.
