MY “BUDGETS!!! NEVER pass in “Congress” but that’s NOT the point

They show to MY Base MY “priorities” AREN’T out of joint!!!

MY “BUDGET” shows “Mean-Spiritedness” for MY Base to see

And THAT’s EXACTLY the reason why they “elected” ME!!!
